We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. You are entitled to cancel your order and return the goods within 14 working days for a full refund, excluding the cost of delivery. Your refund will be processed within 30 days.
To initiate a return, please contact us at email@example.com. Ensure that the item is unused, in a resaleable condition, complete with all contents, and original packaging. You’ll also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
Customers are responsible for the return carriage charges. If you prefer us to arrange the return carriage, the cost will be at the current DPD rate as found on their website, and will be deducted from your refund.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-returnable items:
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including any ducting cut or damaged, any machine that has been used or damaged and not in a resaleable state. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
To exchange an item, return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and inform you whether the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please note it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
